Straight from the Horses' mouth (Letter from Sellers)

Dear Potential, New Resident of 6 Quail Hollow Drive,

From our family to yours, we welcome you to our lovely home of nearly nine years.
There are so many wonderful aspects in living in this house and neighborhood that cannot be encompassed by technical real estate jargon. We thought we would share with you some of our favorite things about watching life unfold in this home and neighborhood over the past decade. We were a young couple who bought this house together for the first time with the thoughts of expanding our family. Today we are proud parents of two kids who love the neighborhood and the park/s. This is the home that not only helped us grow together as a family but also holds memories that shape who we are and brought us closer together.

• The house and its location, with private road and trees naturally separating the houses, our family have fully relaxed and enjoyed the day and night. This neighborhood has fixed days for garbage and recycling pickup.

• As you enter through the front door of our house, you will be greeted by a cozy living room on the first floor that serves as the heart of our home. This special area of our home helps us relax and unwind after a long day at school or work.

• Our large living room surrounded by windows is such a special place. Winters can get dark and gloomy in New England, but our living room surrounded by windows can make even the gloomiest fall day beautiful.

• The kitchen, located on the first floor, is a bustling hub of activity where delicious meals are prepared with love and care. The aroma of spices and cooking fills the air as we gather around the dining table to share stories and laughter. The kitchen has plenty of space to be equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite dishes and treats.

• The second floor houses our bedrooms – cozy retreats where we rest and recharge after a busy day. From every bed by the window, we watch the world go by and daydream about adventures yet to come.

• Our finished basement has been the place which has been being utilized for multiple purposes, such as storage, a home gym, and an office.

• The backyard and deck are newly renovated, and have hosted so many joyful parties and celebrations! Feel free to chat in the patio, or BBQ with friends, or play sports in the spacious yard, there are endless possibilities to create your own memories!

• The neighborhood is a very active community on group app as well as on Facebook. Any question posted gets answered within minutes as people are very friendly and supportive.

• Nearby places- Floral street school, soccer playground, Market basket, Price Chopper, CVS, Target/ Walmart, YMCA, Home Depot, Kids play activities, Park, BJs and UMass Hospital all within 3-3.5 miles from home.

• The train station is 4.5 miles away and takes you to the Boston area.

• The house is located on Route 20. It is extraordinarily easy to get anywhere whether it off to Fenway stadium or Market Basket for your weekly groceries.

As we plan for our relocation to another home, we are both excited and sad to leave this lucky home where we had such joys and beautiful memories. We sincerely look forward to welcoming a new owner who will love this property the way we do.

With Gratitude,
The Saxena Family
